ABOUT MARÍA OLÉ…

María Fernanda Núñez Forero is a professional psychologist, dancer and choreographer passionate about dance, with an artistic career of 13 years, where she has had the opportunity to dance national and international folk dance, specializing in Argentine, Spanish and and Afro. She has also had training in classical, contemporary, jazz and tap dance, among others. He has toured the world, appearing in the USA, India, Italy, Portugal, Argentina and Colombia, among others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He has been a participant in the plays CARMEN, MARÍA LA O, ROSA DEL AZAFRÁN, LEGEND OF THE KISS AND LYRICAL ANTHOLOGY in the Zarzuela Season since 2007, with the Lyric Art Foundation at the Colsubsidio Theater, Cafam and Jorge Eliécer Gaitán; having Seasons in Barranquilla, Santa Martha and Cartagena. Dancer also in the play WITHOUT FEAR OF TANGO with the Alma de Tango Company at the Astor Plaza Theater and MAWII with the Akaidaná International Company, at the Gilberto Alzate Theater. He is currently part of the cast of dancers of the renowned pianist Ivann, touring nationally.

 

In 2007, María Fernanda was in a Latin American Meeting in Argentina with the group Sol Argentino. She has participated as queen in the great National Festivals and Reigns such as the Popular del Bambuco 2008, Nacional del Bambuco 2010, Nacional del Sombrero Vueltiao 2009 and Nacional de la Cumbia 2010.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

His latest awards have been the first place in the "International Festival of Folklore Templo de Oro" Italy 2011 and "International Festival of Folklore Benfica do Robatejo" Portugal 2012, with the company Akaidaná. She has been a guest dancer on Canal Caracol in the programs “Yo me llamo”, “Los Reencauchados”, “Amar y Temer” and “Las Cinco Viudas”; also on RCN in "Colombia Has Talent", "TV and Novel Awards" and "Our Week with Jessica Cediel".

María Fernanda is the director of the Fundación Artística "María Olé" Espectáculos, which is touring 9 cities in Colombia, interpreting the work "Antología de la Zarzuela y el Flamenco", a show made up of 20 artists on stage, both musicians as dancers; this performance was also presented with live Philharmonic Orchestra, Lyrical Singers and Choir.
 

Choreographer at Los Olivos, Colpatria, Secretary of the Environment, Siemens, Gimmasio Inglés, British School Montessori, Seguros Confianza, La Intrumentadora, Cecolor, Colegio Anglocolombiano and Liceo Francés. María Fernanda, graduated with honors from the Catholic University of Colombia as a Psychologist in 2006, develops a pedagogical methodology applied to dance, which facilitates the acquisition of learning through an experiential and experiential medium, stimulating multiple intelligences, kinesthetic and mental processes.
